App stops working. I tried to enter my address for a giveaway and tried to for a bid on an item and every time I try to enter my address it stops working. I just tried opening the app on 4/21/26 and it said it needed an update. I clicked on it but the Google Play Store showed uninstall and open. There was nothing about an update.

It's okay most of the time but as somebody else noted I get stuck in an update loop Where I'm supposed to update the app when I open it try to update it and it never updates and I can't get into the app. very frustrating. happens a lot

Terrible app. I've had issues accessing tickets before, for years. Now I'm trying to transfer tickets with another ticket holder and I can't even access my tickets. I call the number and they don't have actual humans to talk to to help me remedy the situation. This app is terrible and it's clear other people are still having issues with it. If you are not going to fix your app, you need to allow another way for ticket holders to get into the event
