so far, trying to stream the game, you can't go full screen. if you rotate to horiz you can't even see the icons to make it full screen because the red border on top and bottom take up half the screen and won't let you scroll further down into the video box. the stream is good if you want to watch it vertically, smaller than a business card

This app sucks. Currently the app is stating it needs an update. It just goes in circles. Every year getting our season tickets up the app is a new challenge. DOES ANYONE EVER CHECK THE CHANGES MADE ON THIS APP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My wife and I want to be able to easily bring up our own tickets to our phones. Sometimes we don't want to have to go into together. For as much as we pay for season tickets, having a user friendly app is not a big ask. Maybe the Chiefs should go back to paper tickets.

It's not the best app and not the easiest to navigate. occasionally, when there is an update, the app won't open to do the update, so I have to uninstall and reinstall. also, even though I have merged this app with ticketmaster, I still can't see everything.
