It won't stop freezing. I get a black screen every time. I'm a season ticket holder and this where my tickets are. PLEASE FIX. Still not fixed. Come on. Never gets updates. Won't show anything except a black screen. Then tells me app isn't working. The season is starting tonight and people still can't access the app. This is ridiculous. I've emailed the app creator and they won't and don't respond. Once again this app has stopped working. Black screen and I've emailed creators several times and they don't care. My tickets are on this app.

Seriously! Do you all not know how bad this app is in terms of key areas NOT functioning. I have NOT been able to get into my season tickets yet from the app. I always have to manage from my laptop. Good thing I haven't wanted to go to any preseason games. Also, I have called and emailed the "reps" and NO RESPONSE! Hope the team is not this bad this year. I'm a very annoyed season ticket holder so yes my comment is sarcastic while very real in my frustration!!!!

This app doesn't load. When you click on it, the screen comes up black. I literally have to "uninstall" it then "reinstall" it in order for it to load. This happened all last season and it's apparent I will experience the same this season as I just had to reinstall it. Frustrating! Fast forward to today, August 28th 2021, I'm still experiencing the same from years ago.
