Ratings and reviews

It rarely works the first time I open it. It will open to nothing most times. Then I have to close out and try again and again till it works. It's one of the few apps on my phone that automatically stops audio of my other apps right when the app is started. I get having audio silenced when I click a video in the app but stopping other app audio just to check a game score is sooo annoying. It typically works better than the NHL app.

If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. It's one of the worst apps I've ever used. Logs you out after every usage. Doesn't allow you to use your fingerprint or any other normal phone login. When you log back in, it never show you logged in. I've figured out that I have to hit the back button to get access to my tickets. The save username checkbox doesn't work. You have to have a fanatics account which you are required to give your phone number to log in but doesn't send a code. Worthless

This piece of junk messed up my mobile ticketing while providing no more benefits than the NHL app. The silly "light show" option for the home games tried to connect to yet another platform and asked for more permissions. Removed from my phone. Reinstalled because the team made it the only way to manage my season tickets. It works but it's clunky. It's still a step down from the NHL app. Still just one star.
