Ratings and reviews

Some parts of app work, but others not. Can't transfer tickets from the app (transfer failed message), but can from computers using AXS directly, so clearly the problem is the app. Other glitches make this feel 2nd rate. Hopefully it is fixed/updated soon.

As of 5/30/2025 I cannot get into this app at all. it just keeps closing. I've done force stops, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same result. this needs to get fixed ASAP!!!

Not only does this app crash all the time. it gives error messages and can be embarrassing when trying to purchase from the app when it's not working correctly.
