The app was fine for years. However, now despite me having a paid subscription that's supposed to be ad free, they've started sending ads as push notifications. This wouldn't be an issue if I could just turn them off, but they send the push ads under the same "miscellaneous" tag as what the camera motion detection alerts are; so if you want to be alerted when your cameras detect motion, you need to also put up with the ads! This would be annoying for freeware, but is insane for a paid product.

so many issues with this app! want to look at your account? AD! want to look at a video? AD! want to change settings? AD! want to update your acct to be ad free? AD! THEIR PAYMENT SYSTEM WON'T EVEN LET YOU PAY! so technically there is no option for ad free service. cannot stress how bad their system is. EDIT: its not clear how to even submit a ticket. which I tried to do many times. the support link doesn't work. The payment won't go through. Nothing works...except the ads!!

I got this with Cove, and have used it on/off for several years. the camera works just fine, but the App and service have progressively gotten worse. I used the free version just fine for awhile, then to see who actually rang your doorbell, you had to have a subscription. Now there are ads just to see the live stream 😕 It's nearly impossible to get a real person - all responses are copy/pasted and/or bot. If you want to cancel the subscription or get a refund of any kind, you get a run-around.
