I don't usually rate companies, specifically if nothing is possible, but with this company, I have to let people know how bad it is. To start, they charge you any subscription the full year at front, and if you don't like it, have to cancel within the first 30 days, and if you don't cancel, forget about. The cheapest plan is $99 per year, and it only records for seconds. The video does not look clear. the must of the camaras are not compatible. If you ask to change it havenothing on inventory

Pop-ups on screen trying to get you to upgrade to more expensive paid version, even when already using a paid version. These intrusive pop-ups cannot be closed. Settings change themselves. No desktop access. App crashes every time I try to view saved footage. That's all I intended to use it for, so it is practically useless. Absolutely do not pay for Kami cloud services, total waste of money, pretty much a scam.

I love the cameras and the price, but the software needs a lot of work. Trying to navigate the playback options can get irritating because you can only see the time when you are scrubbing through the time line. I like the 15 second rewind and fast forward that's been recently added but I'm hoping there will be more features like that soon, such as pause, flagging specific points on the timeline to go back to later without having to download, and see the time while the clip is playing.
