Welcome to YOGA13!

Yoga in the heart of the Stuttgart south, directly on Marienplatz. Between Café Kaiserbau and ice cream parlor is our yoga studio in the back house - a wonderful retreat, in the middle of the city. Under the roofs of Stuttgart, in a beautiful loft, you will find a wide range of different yoga classes, 7 days a week. From Early Bird, through 3 different evening classes, to Sunday night, just before the crime scene, we teach Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Jivamukti, Gentle, Yin Yoga, Basic Classes, and Mindfulness Hours, such as Pranayama & Meditation. For all levels. Everyone is welcome!

The way as a goal.
We teach a modern, contemporary Vinyasa Yoga. Rooted in old classical traditions. Whether you like to chant mantras, or you rather romp on the mat "sporty". Our offer is wide-ranging. We love the sutras as well as the asana and the silence.
In general, we attach great importance to good physical alignment and the balance of activity and passivity. From YIN & YANG. Savasana, the final final relaxation is an important part of the process. Breath plays the central role in yoga. That is why we regularly practice pranayama (breathing exercises) during our lessons. The breath as the heart of yoga. Conscious breathing creates conscious action.

Vinyasa Yoga means that we connect the asanas in a meaningful and creative way. It can create a beautiful physical, as energetic flow. Most of the hours are accompanied by music. The levels are subdivided into "all", Level 1, Level 1-2, Level 2. Depending on the practice, the lessons and the asanas, that is the Vinyasa classes, become more complex.
The basic lessons are for all levels. Here you are welcome as a beginner. We also offer an open hour for absolute beginners! The early morning hours are for "moving through" and mindfulness. So you have the optimal start to the day. The Yin Hour is the quietest of the week. Here is "absolute come down" announced! For all levels. Gentle yoga means gentle asana practice. Here we mix regenerative yoga with Vinyasa Yoga. For all levels. Jivamukti Yoga means "sweating" and "chanting". Is a challenging yoga style with a spiritual background. Pranayama & Meditation is the silent hour on Sunday morning. We practice classical breathing and purification exercises (Kriya), as well as meditation. Last but not least, you have the opportunity to enter with a closed beginner course. On Thursday evening, 7x. A wonderful beginning.

The human being in the center.
It's about being human. BE. We use the mat to feel ourselves, to recharge our batteries. A place where you can recharge your energy stores. You activate your yang, as well as your yin energy. That creates balance. We practice mindfulness. The perception of thoughts and feelings. From the head to the heart.
