Yoga for BJJ has been in existence for a few years now. It started as the brainchild of Sebastian Brosche, Swedish-born former IBJJF Worlds double gold medalist & UAEJJF World champion. Now he is a black belt & owns a yoga studio with his wife in Norway.
Yoga for BJJ has grown into a massive resource with dozens of structured programs with tutorials and classes. It features a massive Rehab Program library with instruction from professional osteopath & former MMA champion Rosi Sexton.
By downloading the app you can start with the Beginner programs right away & start your journey towards better mobility, flexibility, and overall recovery.
You can also favorite videos, save them into your own playlists & download them for offline use.

Something in the app makes the phone stop working and heat up. There is an Android notification "not optimised for this version of Android" Video gets stuck but audio plays on. I never got to see the content because of above technical issues, I'm pretty sure it will be good.

App locks up Samsung S21 Ultra. Overheated my phone inside 5 minutes of troubleshooting. It won't release resources, crashes and blackscreens with audio still playing until a hard reset is performed. Brand new, fully updated phone. The new app is poorly designed and unusable on new hardware. Very disappointing.

It's the most important thing for athletes and hobbyists to take care of their body. To be able to train in the first place and just feel good. This app is perfect for everyone, do in your own time, all sorts of classes, long or short. It all feels good. Recommend to everyone
