I love this app but just today it stopped working for some odd reason it won't open And they still haven't fixed this app. nobody can sign in apparently

eSim can't be activated, customer support and app are useless. Update: Since the developer responded with nonsense, I'd add that I had tried to contact the support in good faith, multiple times with screenshots. Followed their instructions only to waste time. The app sucks. You can't tell the usage of eSim, and it can't keep previous orders on record.
