You need to realize not everybody drives. I do not have a drivers license, but it is a valid and current state ID, but it doesn't pass your document check.. This is a terrible issue that you need to quickly reconcile. I have run into this problem with some other platforms such as Cobinhood, Robinhood and a couple others, and they ALL responded, rectified the issue and APPROVED my ID card within 48 hours. I hope you so the same, or understand you are not reaching a large portion of the general population that would only help to sustain your business as well as failing at your very reason for existing. It's a completely legal, current and accepted form of ID.. get with it and I'll update my review. Otherwise... you are USELESS! Thank you, and please do better.. fast. *Update* I added a star because the support team was at least quick to respond. Though after a couple hours of correspondence, sending screenshots, etc., ... the conclusion was they don't accept a valid state id card yet, because they don't accept a valid state id card yet. ! Doh! If state id's are soon accepted, I will definitely add more stars and give a better review reflecting the usefulness. Currently still useless.

Review team was unable to correctly identify a clear shot of an actual driver's licence, rejecting with the reason that they don't accept photocopies or screenshots. Upon using the "Retry" option and successfully uploading new images, their status indicator did not update and still shows the original (incorrect) message from the original uploaded images. Thus, this service/app seems to be in an unreliable state, despite the Pi team's reliance on it for identity verification.

This app is a joke. Then when you try to send feedback through the app you get a technical error msg. I went through lengthy registration process previously (drivers license and passport etc) and hadn't used Yoti for a while. I've got a new phone and tried to recover my account only to have to reregister. Surely you recognise my email and phone and my previous PIN. Why is all my account lost?
