We are having so much trouble with our latest player and cards. The player will be playing but when I find it on the app it says it's offline. When we try to play certain cards it says we need Internet for the card. When ai try to connect the player it won't work. What is even worse, it is almost impossible to get tech support for this issue. I think the latest version has some major flaws.

Says yoto is offline despite obviously being online. Button play works and I can see that it is playing on the app, pause, and restart button play, but when I select a card on my phone, it refuses and says it's not connected. Unable to force disconnect, because it thinks it's not connected. This is not an issue with my network. I'm a network engineer. It's your device and app. EDIT: Glad this was fixed. Disappointed they implied it was the crowdstrike bug, but accepting responsibility is hard.

Hi Dan - sorry to hear that. We had an outage yesterday (we weren't the only ones!) where the online status being reported to the app was incorrect. This should now be resolved but if you have any other issues please do get in contact with hello@yotoplay.com

Good, room for improvement. A couple things I'd like to see is being able to download my library to my device. I like to play the cards in the car and hate having to use data every time. Or when we were on a cruise with no internet it was useless. I'd also like to be able to make sub gro
