I love this game, but suddenly over the last couple days it has basically stopped working. For a few months there's been a bug in the chat system. The game often crashes and I have to reopen it, or it freezes and I have to close it myself and reopen it. Over the last couple days, it went from one of these things happening every 5-15 minutes to where now it happens every 30 seconds to 2 or 3 minutes. I can't use the app anymore and I'm a clan leader currently at war. This is terrible.

I love Mafia City it's what I do when I'm not working. I've made really good friends playing this game. I also have spent a good amount of money. As of lately I can not even play... The game is glitching, freezing, resetting.. it's so frustrating.. I got zeroed yesterday because I was building in Gold rush and I see my tower is about to be attacked,I try to retrieve my troops and the game freezes I have to reboot in order for the game to work again .. that happens all day everyday lately.. :((

This game has so many problems with lag and glitches in cross server events. But the game acts like the problems are always caused by problems on the users end. Even when issues occur for multiple players at the same time. It's always blamed on the user or their device, internet connection, memory and storage or not clearing the cache and any number of other excuses. I have contacted support many times. The result is always not a problem caused by the game. User fault always. Worthless support
