I have been a user of this for years. Unfortunately, the app has had me stuck in a loop that I cannot get out of. I've been struggling for a month with emailing for help, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it's still stuck with a survey that wants to view my Instagram account. I continue to receive a white screen and no way to get back. I've resorted to copying the link in my browser because the link takes me to the app, which isn't working. I like the rewards but this is frustrating.

if I could give 0 i would. signed in to do daily and can't get in . it said please contact support. I contacted them by email 3 times...never heard a word from them. now it says sign in screen so I did that...got no email from them to sign in with code. tried resigning up again ..got the email with code but it says something like your not allowed anymore. guess I took 1 too many giftcards huh!!!! well im deleting this app. never did anything wrong with them. I used the giftcards for food..

As much as I enjoy the surveys on this app, my only problem is that almost every time I take a gift card out, instead of getting it in my inbox immediately or waiting 3 to 4 days for it, I end up waiting either two weeks to over a month for it. And it's been happening a lot more often and that sucks! I don't know why it keeps happening but it bothers me very much when that happens.
