About this app

YouGov’s official app puts the power of participation in your hands, wherever you go. Earn points, answer interesting surveys and claim rewards all within the app!

Ratings and reviews

I have been a user of this for years. Unfortunately, the app has had me stuck in a loop that I cannot get out of. I've been struggling for a month with emailing for help, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it's still stuck with a survey that wants to view my Instagram account. I continue to receive a white screen and no way to get back. I've resorted to copying the link in my browser because the link takes me to the app, which isn't working. I like the rewards but this is frustrating.

It offers regular surveys and pays out quickly once the threshold is reached, although it can take a while to reach it. the payment rates are lower than some other sites. the surveys are often interesting, although the ones about brand impressions can be very repetitive and tedious. I like the daily questions and flash surveys. it's frustrating that I can't upload data for the connections via the phone app as I don't have access to a desktop computer for personal use.

I get survey invites multiple times a day, and the points add up quickly. My biggest complaint is I went to their help page and filled out a request to change my email, that had my date of birth, full name, old and new email addresses, and all I've received back, was an automated email from you gov, stating that they received my request. I have enough points to get a $25 Amazon gift card, but can't till my email is changed to the new one! WTH?
