it appears that you keep deleting my account?! I used to use stormgain, transferred to this app, and had no account. Created a new one, and now this one appears to be gone. I'm glad I tested it first before putting anything into it. I wouldn't trust this one, and the only review you'll ever receive is this one!

kyc impossible while all documents provided to the platform are fine. All answers from the support team @support mail of the platform just tell you go back and resubmit. Nothing seems to work there while I have tried many times to submit the right documents. Is there someone human who can really help? Are there bugs in the submission form?

Awful experience. 100% dissapointment. After taking so long to verify due to bugs and glitches, then I got stuck cannot make a small simple crypto onchain withdrawal. Support is arrogant and just answers cliches: compliance check, absolute absurd. Just not worth, never ever try with them ,unless you wish loosing your time and money.
