COMPATIBILITY:

Ratings and reviews

The free version is a mixed bag. It does a great job screening calls, but it also screened out tech support callbacks from Amazon. (AND a text from my printing service! And I have no idea where a voicemail is from 2 weeks ago.) Turning off call screening didn't work, so had to uninstall the YouMail app to be able to take the call, and then reinstall afterwards. Still undecided if this solution is really for me.

Always fails eventually. I have to re-activate over and over, and then each time I get repeated errors and fails. Right now I'm just trying to go back to my carrier's terrible native voicemail and I can't even get through the deactivate screen without an error. Incoming callers are told my phone is out of service when it absolutely is not.

Works great, and easy to set up. However, both S20's it's on constantly say there's new voicemail, when in fact there aren't any. Clearing the cache does nothing, so it's a slight inconvenience to have to open the app every time to see if there's a message missed. Also, there's only a chatbot for help, I cannot find a way to email for support through the app (live chat is available if you pay for premium). Other than that, it'd be 5 stars.
