I can't even truly rate this I kept trying different passwords and it said too short. I literally entered one with 36 character how is that too short? If that issue is fixed I will happily change the rating.
This app just really makes me sad how very little you people know about people struggling with real mental health issues. I downloaded the app at a very low point trying to desperately find some sort of help from anywhere, and this app made me feel worse. I put my mood for the day as sad put an entry in the jurnal and then checked out my gift and it was some bull s**t about if you don't look for the good things in life how can you expect to be happy. And anyone with bi-polar, depression, or anxiety would literally want to punch someone in the face if that was said to them in person. But I though, ok that was just the 1st mystery they can't all be stupid little quotes. I was wrong next was a be happy playlist with stupid songs on it, and more irritating and borderline insulting quotes. This app would be great if you were a dumb teenage girl with some drama worrying about getting asked to the prom. But don't say this app is even moderately helpful to someone with reasons to talk about their mental health.
The "surprise mystery" is a marketing scam. It sends you advertisements. This app takes advantage of those that are really struggling and need help.
I love the mood tracking and the prompted questions help me to think more deeply.
I wrote a note and sent it under "talk to someone " but no one ever got back to me. The app says it takes up to 24 hours but it has been almost a week. So I dont think they are offering this service anymore even though it's listed it doesnt seem to be active
Thank you for your support and we truly believe that a simple app like this can help bring about awareness to mental well-being. Unfortunately, due to resource constraints, we are removing the "Chat with Counsellor" feature, where users can chat one-on-one with a professional. Though we are sad to see this go, we believe that through the journal entry and encouragement feed features, you can still experience mental well-being.
