Editing my review ("New bicycles, reasonably priced, stations are conveniently located, helpful customer service.") because of unethical non- transparent billing. Was charged MYR 7.42 in spite of only using the bike for 3 hours!
App still a piece of garbage.. On two devices, brand new V20 with Nougat and Note 3 with Marshmallow both cannot login so that I can rent the bike. Says password/user incorrect But on PC I can login. Can't even do password reset using the app. Obviously problems linking to the login server. Multiple reinstalls etc. Without a working app you have to use the card but they don't tell you how to get one or where so totally useless (Links on website don't work). On initial signup app set my login name as my password and password was my login name. Can't remember what it set my email as. The software and execution is like Alpha software... still needs lots of work and I haven't even used it yet. Sadly you could simply copy Citibikes in New York and have have the entire functional system but obviously you didn't. Love the concept - abysmal execution so far
Payment method are limited..Only credit card...nowsaday all ppl have debit card, accept debit and credit card togather more user friendly..mostly student use the bicycle,impossible a student have credit card,right?
Why do you need permission to access our photos and make calls? Location is OK. But why access my photos and files etc?
Debit card no longer able to be used for buying credit ?
Well developed apps. Please keep the good job, I would suggest u guys to allow for debit cARD payment as well.
