Its a new concept where.. The Finder/Buyer sees a property they may wish to purchase or perhaps rent and pins it in the app. Thus allowing the owner of the property to potentially contact the interested party should they be interested in selling privately or in some cases matching the finder with the listing agent if the property becomes available.
For an owner….how amazing that you can potentially find solid leads without the need for huge agent sales commissions and fees.
