Ratings and reviews

Gives you the information you need, but with a headache. Searching for a provider is pretty easy, unless you want to go to the previous page. Sometimes there is a return button in the top left corner, but mostly it's not there. Hitting the back button on your phone just closes the app. Looking for a nearby clinic, I had to close the app 3 times just to start over to look at the different choices. Someone should fix that.

Incredibly slow compared to other health insurance applications. Not sure if it's their API calls, or some bug in the experience, but loading each page under Claims seems to have years. What exacerbates that issue is that the default view for Claims is not "all claims", but rather one person's claims. Not ideal for families. This application has a long way to go before competing with the big boys.

Right off the bat garbage. Trying to register as a new user and it tells me I need a newer version of the app after registration right after I installed it minutes prior. The site has no registration options either, this is a critical bug for new users as I cannot register my new insurance.
