Remote Therapeutic Monitoring allows healthcare providers to better engage with their patients after they are sent home from an office or hospital. The goal of RTM is to help patients recover quicker and improve outcomes from their medical treatment.

UPDATE: The last update broke the app.i can't submit a report because it says two questions are mandatory. I've answered all three and still get the same error. Easy to use, but I have two accounts on my phone and sometimes it won't let me enter my pain level if I click the wrong account first. Even if I chose it and try to relaunch. Also, the notification reminder never works. I had to set a reminder on my phone.

Haven't been able to get into the app since the most recent update. Pops up with "Something went wrong with Digital Healthcare. DH closed because this app has a bug. Try updating the app after the developer provides a fix." Even before this bug some days it takes me a dozen tries to get the questionnaire to pop up.

App would be fine if I didn't have to uninstall and reinstall every time I used it. New update did not fix it.
