Be smarter We use the pay as you go plan. It is now June and we're still using the 10gig we purchased in December! Once we get down to 2gigs, or they offer another 2 for 1 sale, we'll get more data. This device has increased our business by providing reliable service in most areas in which we work.
The BEST I worked for Sprint product development for many years and begged our marketing development teams to create a 'rollover' data plan like Karma's. I left Sprint many years ago, and am so glad to find and use Karma's rollover and pay as needed minutes program. This is wonderful, as a consumer you don't have to pay for data and lose it if you don't use the data. The great thing about Karma is that is uses the same Sprint 4G/LTE network, so you have wonderful (and very fast) service, especially in major cities and as you travel along all major US highways (I helped develope 3G and Yes, Sprint was designed to be accesible, seamlessly, along every US highway... Great for the kids/family who want to play games or watch TV while riding as passengers.) I can't say enough great things about Karma, just enroll and enjoy the service (and deactivate the costly Sprint fees for hotspot). Have fun.
This is a GREAT product. I do not need to have WiFi on a regular basis. This allows me to have it pursuant to my needs. Why pay a monthly bill when I only need to use it occasionally. It works great.
3 signal lights but avg speed No matter where i go my signal lights are 2 or 3 but speed never goes above 1 to 3 megabits and only avg 150 KB/s. Sad when a YouTube video has to buffer at 144p
smarter data for those who are smart about paying for data. Battery life is a problem, however.
The company is awful and has little regard for promises they make to customers.
