3 signal lights but avg speed No matter where i go my signal lights are 2 or 3 but speed never goes above 1 to 3 megabits and only avg 150 KB/s. Sad when a YouTube video has to buffer at 144p
smarter data for those who are smart about paying for data. Battery life is a problem, however.
Love this Hotspot! App and device work great!! Pay as you go!
Fraud! This company changed its data plan three times already, each time making it more expensive. Each time, they voided existing user agreements and forced existing customers to pay more. They will reply that they're offering refunds to dissatified customers. That's a lie. I've been waiting two months for my refund; others have waited more than three months. They claim they're backlogged with returns; that's a good sign. They also state that a third-party company is handling their refunds. Expect a class-action.
I like it at first. From the app I chose the 20GB plan for unlimited internet. My payment date was every 19th of each month. But now my data is done I been trying to stay on the 20Gb but it's keep puting me to 1Gb which I don't like and don't want to keep paying because I stay using the internet for business purposes. How can I stay on 20Gb instead of 1Gb? I'm confused.
Review: Karma WiFi App keeps sending me an email saying that the battery level is below 30%. How can that be when it is always plugged in one spot so people in the library can log in? Well, it is reading my Marshmallow Nexus 6 battery state and then alerting me.
