Picked up bass for the first time in a long time less than a week ago. Was sceptical about how an app could be a better music teacher than well... a music teacher. This has been one of the best investments of my musical career. Already knowing the basics of the bass this has already advanced my abilities in just a few short days what took me months with a regular instructor a few years back. This is amazing and would recommend it for anyone and everyone.
Its very good im having great time with it. Only problem im having is some songs the timing is off, like u play the songs and the app will get the spund either late or too early. One song it wont get any of the notes so i just leave it as is but other than that its great ive learned so much
So far I think it's a great learning resource. It is actually helping me learn the guitar. I feel the premium version is a bit pricy.. Around 110 euros to learn just one instrument is a bit much for me so I'm stuck with the free version ( I would gladly pay £10 a month for the guitar and ukulele lessons)
I love it but after a few songs it will stop hearing my guitar in performing mode. My guitar is tuned and loud. Im in a quiet spot but it still wont hear me and let me go on when i know im hitting every note.
It won't register that my guitar is being played. It won't let me change my volume. It's telling me to play chords and not tight me how to play them. It won't let me log out or go to any menus. Over all the game doesn't work well, and I would like it better if the app worked. Please fix it.
The first few lessons are great, but once you start practicing things like root notes it's starts to not recognize the notes which can get extremely frustrating. I'm using a Moto Z and I have the piano volume all the way up but it still doesn't recognize the notes intermittently. If this gets fixed I would give it 5/5
