Ratings and reviews

For the first section that was available, I think it was pretty beginner friendly. There's a daily tracker to remind you to practice, but I don't feel like it's overly pushy. That's about as far as I got, however, because the sections following all seem to require making a subscription payment. I'm just starting out, why would I give money to something that I haven't even used for a week? I understand there's probably a lot of licensing and legal stuff, but it's still unfortunate.

The app could be really great but the subscription prices are ridiculous and too expensive. You use to be able to use the app for free, with limited time per day and would only be able to play songs written by youscian. Now, the only part of the app you can use for free is the tuner. Not to mention songs being taken off that they use to have. This app use to be great...now it just seems to be run by money hungry people that just want us to buy a subscription.

Had a year subscription starting in December of 2025. Learned all I could, the app was fantastic. Canceled it so it wouldn’t charge my card in December, as life got in the way, so I wouldn’t have to worry about it anymore. Well, according to Google Play, I still am subscribed to the premium version of the app until December, but Yousician? THEY couldn't care less. I lost access to everything premium, and a pop up saying to subscribe again to gain access. Love seeing greedy companies! DON'T BUY
