The Caffè Nero app is the quickest route to your morning coffee and means you’ll never lose your loyalty card again! Link your debit or credit card for secure and speedy payment, enjoy watching your stamps build on your digital loyalty card, plus earn exclusive rewards along the way.

Scan the QR code in the app and the rest happens automatically… apart from your coffee, which our Baristas will handcraft just the way you like it, as usual.

you can't type in a store, it has to appear in your immediate area and even then it doesn't pick them up which kind of defeats the entire purpose of mobile ordering. why show me a store 6 miles away when the one I go to is less than 3 miles away. it's the only reason I have the app. it's also messy, confusing and takes forever to set up. not a time saver, definitely makes the situation more frustrating and slow.

Needs some work. I tried to use the app this morning to make a purchase, found my credit card was expired without the ability to update it until I removed the old card. I guess the app doesn't check the expiration date or the code when checking for duplicates! Finally figured out how to remove the card. Tried adding the new card, and now I'm locked out from doing that because I tried too many times previously. Caffe Nero loses my business for today at least! Fix the app please.

useless, won't accept any form of payment I try edit: I've now had it accept payment methods at times! Unfortunately, it usually doesn't find any stores (the stores do exist and are open) and won't let you simply select the same Caffe Nero you've ordered from previously. So it's usually still unusable and highly frustrating. Why have an app if it's going to be this bad?
