Ratings and reviews

Soooooooo many unnecessary notifications. Your options are: 1) Tons of notifications advertising the app you've already installed, 2) Disable notifications: no spam, but also no notifications about booked rides, or 3) Uninstall the app. After getting bothered every single day I chose #3.

This app fully delivers on its promise of flat-rate fares and lower cost to riders (sometimes slightly more than Uber/Lyft but often significantly less, esp. during rush hour). While it has a few rough edges, all the most important features work more than fine, including cancelation refunds and contacting drivers. Some reviews mention long waiting times, but I haven't experienced those issues (maybe due to more drivers now). My only complaint is that scheduled rides don't often get accepted.

Unreliable, I've requested a ride for several months numerous times, but it never showed anyone who can take me to my destination.
