I refuse to allow this to be a source of chaos in my peaceful existence any longer. Counterproductive 2 hours that ran endlessly "connecting" or instantly outright fail. These steps to follow don't work period. Plus the ear phones were falsely advertised to be able to touch on and off... Spoiler Alert, they have to be placed back into the case when you need to turn them back on. This rating isn't 1 star, it is a big 0.

The app keeps showing “keeps stopping” and I can barely use it anymore. It used to work perfectly before, so I don’t understand what went wrong or why it keeps saying “original sound keeps stopping.”

Doesn't connect to my earbuds. It's supposed to be a language translator and equalizer that works with my ear buds (the ear bud manual had the QR code and web site for this app)
