I tried to make my first purchase, because of the artifact event. I only lacked 3 artifacts to get the ancestral dragon bone marrow, and after successfully paying for the item, it didn't go directly into my account, I tried to redeem the code with the order number, it turned out that the maximum number of forms did not match. I asked CS but they didn't answer until the event ended. I've tried to find information on their FB and search on Google search but there was no answer. This is the first a

No strategy at all, you just watch 😭 everything is auto, you also need to level up first to unlock the story which is boring, also the story doesn't have much of an appeal to it. This is like Hello Heroes but that is much cooler. I also want to say that why is it called Dragon age pals when there are characters that is not even dragons? I really looked forward to playing this but it's a disappointment 😞 it will also show you too many ingame purchases which basically shows that this is P2W game

I've experienced multiple top-up glitches in this game, and each time I didn’t receive the items I paid for. Instead of resolving the issue, customer service offered inadequate solutions like converting the value to goldshells, which isn't what I purchased. This has happened more than once, and it's unacceptable. I don't recommend installing this app due to these recurring issues. Players deserve a reliable system, not one plagued with glitches.
