I have been unable to sell a particular stock for three days. It works for some stocks but for this one the sell button does nothing when tapped. I reported the issue to customer support twice and have received no solution. This is a bank app who encourages stock trading. What a joke. A three-day response time for a broken core feature is not acceptable. If you are considering this app for anything beyond basic savings, think carefully. When it matters, the support is not there.

my guess at this point is this is a scam. I transferred my money there and it cannot be transferred out. talking to the support and answering all the asked information does not help. I am trying to get access to my money since over one and a half months and I still do not know what is really up. I get asked the same things over and over again. I would not open an account again... Messages that are received will be notified but often not visible when you go to message center.

The onboarding seems to be a semi-professional hack by some intern that has no understanding of computer vision. you are asked to turn your head left-right and smile, and if the AI doesn't like your smile, it will block you. Next step is the ID, which you have to hold, but at same time your fingers must not "cover" any square millimeter of the document. Even if all parts of the ID are perfectly readable, it will reject it. Gave up with this garbage bank after 1 hour of onboarding.
