Wish I could give negative stars, this app and having to use it has been the most annoying part of my college experience. Every video I try to upload dissappears without a trace whether on my phone, laptop, or desktop. Customer service has been unable to locate my lost videos with no real solution so I've actually failed a few assignments over not being able to get the app to work. Please encourage your teachers/professors to let you use another video platform for assignments

Recorded two videos for a school certification project on my phone app. My first one was 49 minutes,but it disappeared, so i had to record another one that was 47 minutes,and it disappeared too. They should be able to locate my videos and give me some solid assistance, but they're not doing that up to this point. I wish there was an option of a negative rating. This has caused major stress, as my assignment was due,and now I've received a zero and amin jeopardy of being removed from the program.

This app just "uploads" to some Yuja universe that you don't see and can't access. The old version used to give you an upload process and also store a copy on your phone. This version just takes your assignments and either uploads successfully or makes your assignments disappear. It's not a good idea to create technology that you require college students to use that doesn't back up their videos.
