Ratings and reviews

Many issues with the app/rewards system. When scanning at till (they usually ask to go kiosk) another name pops up on their screen and no student discount. They have to restart the till and when I scan again, my name pops up and student discount. On kiosk discount doesn't work and after scanning I get my rewards and offers but no new play is being issued after purchase as if I didn't scan it. I am aware minimum spend applies. Either kiosk or till I get mugged off, either no discount or no play.

unlike other similar restaurant apps this one doesn't automatically recognise where you are while you're ordering and put you at the restaurant you're at. Fair enough you get a warning later in the process but it's sloppy programming that every other app out there acts in a standard way and this app bucks the trend badly resulting in incorrect orders being placed and user time wasted.

absolutely useless! won't let me login under any method, and every attempt means reordering the same order over and over each time! And when i try and rest my password it just keeps saying "something went wrong". absolute garbage app! extremely frustrating!
