The app has so little integration with backend that it should be called a parody of an app. My order was undelivered by the time mentioned and it was still showing delivery around 8:17 pm for more than 2 hours . At the end I never got the product but there's no provision of refund which should be automated. Nor does it show that your order has been cancelled so you should reorder from else.The feedback web page available doesn't allow you to add your city and KFC store so you can never complain.

Please update this app. It takes forever to move to the next page and even when it does, it takes another era of forever to accept what I've typed into its fields. It took me 15 minutes to place an order, something Swiggy and Domino's apps complete in just under five (or less very often!). The experience was a textbook example of what an app experience should NEVER be!

Please update this app. Ordered through the app and inside tracking it showed 'Searching for a rider' and expected delivery in 40mins. It got stuck there for more than 1hr 30mins. Called customer care which did not even work properly. After multiple tries and waiting on hold for 15mins, customer care picked up and said they have raised a ticket. But the moment i dropped the call my order got cancelled. Never ordering ever through here.
