Love the Book It program because it champions kids reading as well as provides nostalgia for when I was a kid and also read to get a free personal pan pizza :) I do miss the little badges they used to give and you would put stickers for each book you read. The digital version is easy, but it kind of takes aways from having something physical.

Love Book It! Nostalgic for me as I did it as a kid and now my kids can do it. Great way to motivate kids to keep reading over summer break! App is very user friendly. I just wish the stores would still give out buttons and stickers like they used to or something tangible that my kids can keep to be proud of what they've accomplished.

Awesome customer service: I ran into an app glitch where my four students' reading logs and "Claim" buttons disappeared after I redeemed the first child's June reward as well as profile issues. I emailed customer service, and they got back to me within several minutes. They escalated the technical bugs and glitches to their engineering team and immediately sent me the missing promo codes so all of my kids could get their earned rewards. The timely assistance definitely earned the review.
