This app is a janky mess. I think Pizza Hut's food is great. I think the app verges between functional and hot garbage. Sometimes it inexplicably decides my attempt to add something to my order is too difficult and it doesn't do it. But sometimes it's as easy as pie (see what I did there?). Eventually, I can get my order through and I enjoy the tasty results. But the road there can be frustrating (not the road to pick up my pizza; they're pretty close actually). The app needs work.

App is sporadically useful at best... Occasionally it works fine, more often it has issues. Most recently, app sent a nice reminder to use a free pizza promo before it expires in 2 days. Helpful, right? When I click the reminder it takes me to the app, the promo shows up, I start to create an order. Then it all goes downhill. App crashes when I select the nearest store. App crashes while I'm inputting the order. Then, suddenly, the promo that expires in 2 days no longer appears in the app.

Update, 1 year later. The app still useless. This used to be a good app, but of late it is slow, and crashes constantly. You will click an option then suddenly the program vanishes, and you have to re-open it. Even their website does this. I spent more than 40 minutes trying to order using both the app and the sight. Nothing. I downloaded installed and ordered with the dominos app in less than 5 minutes. Pizza hut rewards are useless if you can't place an order. -still happens a year later-
