App works fine, and connects to my Oclean X device, after I figured out the issue. The app needs GPS enabled, on, and in lock to get your location (don't ask why) before it will scan for a brush. Once it does that, you're set, and can turn GPS off again. Don't have GPS on your tablet? Good luck getting the app to link to ANY device. For that matter, this app requests LOTS of permissions it doesn't need. Access to Camera? Why? To SD card? Why? To system permissions? For what? For system logs? You don't need that! Another annoying bit is the need to register an account with the manufacturer. Nice to have as a feature, but it's a REQUIRED step to use the app here. I've purchased a device from you, I shouldn't need to make an account, and be forced to allow you to track me, or my usage. Sorry, but no. That's going to buy you bad press, and have me tell others to NOT buy your products. Make it optional. You don't need it, or half the other things you're requesting permissions for. I get it, you want to know about your customers. Allow them to opt-in to a beta app that collects this. Don't force everyone to make an account, and give up GPS/camera info just to use a device. I'm betting you get lots of returned products because of this. Some from the fact that many tablets just lack GPS hardware, making it impossible to setup because you demand a location.

This App does not seem to like my ZTE axon 7. I constantly get a Network error message, Under settings "How to use" will not respond. Firmware will not update. The "Care tab" has always had a Network error. If this program is supposed to display some sort of timer it does not.. I am not even sure it is logging when and how long I am using it. I am starting to believe this is a "prefers Apple Phones" product.

I just received my Oclean X and I was super excited to get it connected. For some reason the app refuses to connect to my toothbrush even though it can clearly detect it. When I go to pairing and select my toothbrush I get a message "The toothbrush SN number is wrong" How is that possible? I literally just took my toothbrush out of the box. Can the developers please fix this! The app looks really well made but it is completely unusable in this state. If you are looking to buy the Oclean X wait until they fix this problem! I will change my review when this is fixed. If you see 1 star the X is still not supported on the app.
