the toothbrush is great. the app is garbage. it doesn't connect and won't download the data from the device. Resets don't work, clearing cache doesn't help. Just forget the app as it's useless

Oclean has failed to clean the bugs from its brushes... and has failed its customers. In short, what was a great concept has been replaced with a clunky app that doesn't function. If it connects, it can't upload data. Factory resets - losing all the historic data you bought the toothbrush to collect - don't help. I've recommended Oclean to so many people. Now I'm going to find a replacement. Shame Waterpik don't do brushes anymore...

A few months ago everything was working fine. Don't know what they have changed, but it's impossible to pair or sync ones device now. Instantly tells one that the device couldn't be connected and one should check GPS settings. I did. Switched GPS off and on again, checked app permissions, rebooted phone, deleted cache and data of the oclean app, reinstalled the app. Nothing helped. Glad I already have my customized brushing plan dialed into the brush months ago back when the app was still workin
