Connecting YUNMAI App and their smart device (Smart Scale, Smart Rope), user's data could be storaged and analysised through YUNMAI Health Data Cloud. Ten body measurements, such as weight, body fat, muscle, body water, bone mass will be generated as brief report. The Smart Rope can record the number and duration of rope skipping, with a variety of training and challenge modes for you to choose. You will enjoy a more intelligent and more interesting healthy life with YUNMAI App!

Since the update, it no longer syncs I've had this scale for a couple years and the version of the app that it had when I bought it worked perfectly. The set up was so easy. Never had any issues. Until I just tried using the app for the fist time since the update. Not only is all my previous data gone, it says it doesn't even see my device...even though it managed to change the units from lbs to kg on it? 😑 I bought this scale for the fact that it was 'smart', but now it's just a scale.

Almost never measures body composition anymore. I get the error message, "Only measured body weight" nearly every time I try to weigh myself. It used to work well. If I switch accounts to an alternative one that I have it, it works just fine for one or two measurements. This is evidence that it is a software issue that hasn't been dealt with in years, as opposed to a hardware issue on my end.

The scale and app was great for nearly seven years, but recently, I can't get it to read anything besides just my weight. I even bought the newer version of the scale thinking that was the issue, and it has never worked properly! Still gives an error message and says that only body weight was read. I'll give it a couple more tries, but if I can't get the app to read all of the stats it's supposed to, I will be returning the scale and looking for something that works!
