Absolutely unbelievably disappointing app and camera. Camera is the "nicest" one I have but is less reliable, lower picture quality, and barely stays connected for more than a day or 2. I've had it for a couple years and it's only been connected maybe a few weeks total out of that time. The app has never refreshed the camera on its own and it's always a 30min ordeal to reconnect the camera. My daughters cheap minion camera and supporting app does all these things without issue... Disappointed

It doesn't matter if you add an SD card, it will not allow you to read from it and forces you to buy a subscription at a ridiculous price. Also drops ads on you every 3 seconds, literally. You close it and 3 seconds later, it pops another one up. Sell or Don't Buy this piece of garbage camera and buy one that uses an App that gives you a choice of cloud or SD card. Tapo or Wyze are a way better choice.

Absolutely not worth it. I have the camera you screw into a light socket. When I first got it last year it was okay enough to use the free version. The camera quality was good no issues setting it up. Ended up not needing it for a few months but now in a new place & wanted to use this one as a baby monitor so I plugged it back in & I guess it's updated to now you cannot view the app without hella ads interrupting every 2 seconds (literally). Ad-free access is about $200 annually? I'll sell it..
