UPDATE:::::: So the last probably eight months I've had nothing but issues with my camera's going offline. None of them came with us can bar on the bottom of them which makes it even more difficult because you have to pair them every single time, and it never works the first second or third!!! Try. Unhappy.. This seems to be a pretty good app I've been using it for well over a year and I have not had any problems.

Update: they asked me to contact them at their website. They have a chatbot with a limited # of possible questions to ask. Useless. "It worked well while I had the free trial cloud service subscription. Now that it has expired, there is an ad for the service that blocks me from viewing any alerts. It makes my cameras completely useless. I have SD cards in the cameras, so it isn't an issue of not having enough memory. The "free" app has ruined the most important part of my home security."

I am very disappointed with the camera. Since started to use camera have no audio and camera position gets changed and very difficult to get camera to desired position. When I go in front of camera alert doesn't pick up. I subscribed to the cloud about 8 months ago but from today (9/20) there are no alerts saved. Seems the format has changed how you view things.
