App resets login information and other details EVERY TIME they update. It completely forgets who I am, forcing me to login and enter all details whenever they update. It's annoying because I have complete control of my phone so I shouldn't have to reset every few weeks and go through OTPs or login verification. Other than that it's a pretty well made app with many options to set up or change options on your lines. Fix the login and I'll update my rating to 5 stars.

The internet is slow compared to others and sometimes just stops working multiple times a day. I've also noticed that I took less time running through my "usage" then usual despite me doing basically the same things and even increasing my GB pack (logged in to find out the I still have half of the pack left when it said 100% used and no internet??). Also, every time I open this app to renew my subscription I always have to log in (not once but twice) which is really annoying.

Gotta be one of the worst apps, especially as a Telecom company, if your app is the viewpoint of the telecom itself then its really bad, it constantly crashes, I can't pay, I cant check my usage or do anything, constant crashes and freezes, work on an issue its been more than a month with this. Edit: Thank you for the reply, I did contact the live bot chat then what? what does that help with in terms of fixing the app? do you guys take this seriously, why do you have an app then?
