Self Esteem app- thank you.... Just really helpful- I will have to look it over repeatedly to remind myself how easily I can avoid some of my recurring traps, but I have no doubt the advice here will help if I practice it! Yes, there are some typos...almost AutoCorrect/Swype-inferred, but the message is solid, and no doubt, effective. I will recommend this! Really well thought-out and loved the categorical breakdowns. Thx!
Good book Very easy to read book full of sensible and sound psychological advice. Even if someone doesn't need to boost their self esteem per se , it' a book about living your life to the fullest. Only minor drawback there are one or two typos but that's just me being picky. Suzanne
Too many typos Why didn't someone spell check this? I got tired of just reading. It is very repetitive. Not enough practical application. Need more help than this. Not extremely useful
Extremely repetitive but helpful A bit exhausting, I found I had to try to stay positive while reading, but it comes from a good place and is sweet. A partner app that helps you goal set and apply the ideas, would be nice after reading.
A New Life I just want to say Thank You. I should have looked for this a long time ago. Up until this moment I hated life. I have lost everything I love in this world. Ive always been the one to take the blame for the ugly thing people do to me. Well, Not Anymore. Today is the 1st Day of My New Life. Thank you.
It's okay The app isn't awful, just not what I was expecting. I feel like a lot of the advice given here is very basic and more common sense. I know I need to the kids more postitively, but it's getting to that point that I struggle with. It's learning how to retrain those negative thoughts. It's easy to say I'm going to be more lositive, but actually doing it is a different story. I have also noticed a lot of typographical and grammatical errors, that make it hard to take this app seriously.
