Terrible experience. Placed my order on 26 March 2026. From then until 9 April 2026, there was still no real shipping or tracking progress at all. The order stayed stuck at “Order Processing / Item Packed by Seller” the whole time. The promised delivery window was 3–8 April 2026, yet even after the deadline passed, nothing changed. I contacted support by email and through the app chat, but got no real help. Emails were not properly responded to, and the chat function was useless.

App does not allow edit of email address registered, and Zalora's chat help is useless or lazy - said due to their current system limitations they can't change email address either and suggest to use my new email to register for a new account. how ridiculous can this get? Basic customer retention 101 - get your customer to give up on original account with years of order and transaction history, cart items and favourites etc? Not going to be a customer of Zalora anymore.

The delivery is very slugish and very delayed even the updates and customer service is very poor, you can't connect to them easily. My order was still ON PROCESS even though it lapsed my date of delivery. They haven't prepared my order even after the delivery date. I even ordered again to test if it will turn out the same and yes, my order was delayed again. I suggest to go to your specific brand app and order there.
