Get An error occured message very often when adding things to wishlist or trying to access wishlist
Impress with their service ☺but the only thing that they should work on is their coupon: Extra 10%
Service sucks..No response to emails.Cant track your deliverys.Late as usual. Now cant even sign in or checkout on the app.Call them only to be told theres nothing wrong with their app.I purchase from takealot and Superbalist without a glitch.Even deleted the app and downloaded it again.Still the same.Zando Sucks.
Terrible service No one gets back to enquiries and the app voucher does not work
The app doesn't let me browse at all .... Just a message saying cannot be loaded with an option to retry that never works. Been this way for months now, I was hoping there would be an app upgrade to fix it?
I am super impressed with the service I received from Zando. I ordered a dress on Monday evening, 23 Jan 2017 and my order was delivered on Wednesday afternoon, 25 Jan 2017. I constantly receiced e-mail regarding the poogress of my order until it was delivered. Now that's what I call excellent service. Janél - East London
