Ratings and reviews

The filters on the filter pages doesn't always load. Some of the filtering doesn't even work. Everytime you look at an item from your wishlist and go back, there is a page refresh, causing you to need to scroll back down to your position again. Payments fail at times, and then the items with limited availability aren't available anymore, as it still registered that it has been purchased. Advertising on an app, where you already spend money is sacrilege and makes it look cheap.

The so-called 'upgrade' is nothing but an epic fail! Even though there previous version wasn't totally amazing, it was definitely better than what they've presented now. My previous orders and entire wishlist have disappeared, image quality is disgusting and the entire set up is not user-friendly. Customer service is practically non-existent, so at this rate, I'm not holding my breath for a response to my calls & emails. Extremely disappointed!

Used to be great, but small pics are a big issue. The worst is that the same items repeat when you scroll and it takes forever to find items because of the new feature's MANY glitches. Zando itself is amazing! Great products, prices and efficient delivery and returns. But, the App is 1 star since the new feature has ruined the online shopping experience and I find myself continuously going back to Superbalist because of this when Zando used to be my first choice. PLEASE FIX! It's been some time.
