It was a good app, until I couldn't make a payment due to bad signal, still scanned the bill, but it didn't go through. My friend made the payment for me but when I got home my payment still went through. Thus a double payment was made. Contacted the client service support via email. Response was very slow. Took almost 2 weeks per response. It was told that I would be refunded, never got my money back. I again emailed the support. No feedback. It has been about three months. Poor support service.
Sorry, but I have to remove 2 stars, as not allowing me to buy a second cup of coffee is gross misuse of power. If I walk into a coffee shop and buy a cup of coffee, and then 5min later want another cup, who is zapper to deny me my coffee, not even my mother feels entitled enough to deny me coffee...
Was very satisfied with Zapper until I was charged double a month ago. Although Zapper acknowledged there was as systems problem I am still awaiting a refund. After 4 follow-up mails no response.
Very convenient and fast. There were a few times it froze and shut down and I didn't know if payment had gone through. Seems to be working fine now.
Good app, saved me a few times in a tight spot when I didn't have my bank card. Worried about no security though on the app
I couldn't find the tip settings. Scanned a code, tip was added automatically and payment went through without me getting a chance to change the tip. Tried to find the settings, but nothing. This is unacceptable
