Ratings and reviews

This app is awful. None of the "more" buttons on the home screen do anything -- I presume they're meant to take you to additional options. If you open up the pictures on a particular item, there's no way to get back, as there isn't an x to close the enlarged pics, nor is there a back button. There's no alpha-sorted list of brands to choose from. The app on my iPad is great, it's a shame Zappos really shortchanges Android users.

Now the navigation won't load. Eyeroll. Edit: Random shuffling has been fixed so added a star. Wishing for a "save for later" option and the ability to zoom. Over two months later and the app still sucks. Filter bar is at the bottom where it easily gets activated while scrolling. Such bad placement. Filters don't work. Items shuffling at random is the worst. So frustrating. Haven't ordered in such a long time because of this. I miss you old Zappos. Please come back.

Zappos is fine, but this app is really poorly built. The interface is... It's not awful, but it's not great, and it is buggy. Scrolling through any large selection, at some point it's just going to randomly jump ahead and you'll have to search for the last thing you remembered through pages of results.
