The customer service chat feature is awesome! They are so helpful. Only problem is search doesn't work well. It didn't return the same results as the web page so I had to take the SKU from the web version to paste in search...which defeats the purpose of the app.
It doesnt let you remove liked items even if they are no longer in stock. I have half a dozen liked items that have been out of stock for about a yearthat I cannot unlike on my lists. Its rather annoying.
Huge selection. Easy to use. The only problem I had was trying to decide which shoes to buy. I have a feeling my shoe collection will be growing a great deal in the near future.
I don't have to log in through my browser, and I'm glad they fixed the images. Ordering is a breeze. I can't search by brand name on the latest version. Everytime I click "More" it does nothing.
First order, so far good experience. Tha app is user friendly and can sort through different sizes and widths of available shoes. You don't waste your time searching endlessly throughout the stock.😎
Just in talking to you people made me look forward to the next purchase. Zappos didn'the bust my butt, they had my interests in mind and we're very pleasant. How unusual these dats.
