I stopped being a member 3ish years ago and decided to re-up today. I've had my account approved and I booked a car for a couple of days from now and installed the app - which doesn't seem to work at all. All I get is the Go to drive screen, and anything I click takes me back to that screen! I hope my old card will still work, because this app doesn't seem to! update 1: Force closed app and tried again a few minutes/hours later doesn't resolve the other. update 2: rebooting the phone worked.

I have been a customer for four years since writing that first review, and when I need to use Zipcar they have come through for me, with the exception of one time when the car I reserved was not there amd they resolved the issue immediately. One of my gigs is doing a podcast, for which I travel around the state. When I do, I always choose Zipcar to get me there and get me home. Highly recommended.

The zipcar service has been great, however a bug in the app: after finishing the trip, the camera does not work in the app, resulting in a black screen. I haven't been able to upload photos after the trip. This happens when I finish the exterior check and switch to the interior check, but I'm able to do the interior check after quitting and reopening the app. Doing the same during the trip end simply ends the trip.

What’s new

No flashy features this time, but we did pop the hood and fine-tune the engine. Fewer bugs, smoother rides! Because who needs glitches when you're sharing a car?
