it's pricey and they are not helpful with you have issues. I reserved a car 10 minutes away. next morning I see they changed my reservation to a car an hour away without any explanation or eating warning. when I complained they offered to extend my booking by 30 minutes for the inconvenience. I cancelled my membership afterwards. in reply. I did reach out and it's the support that made me cancel my membership in anger

The zipcar service has been great, however a bug in the app: after finishing the trip, the camera does not work in the app, resulting in a black screen. I haven't been able to upload photos after the trip. This happens when I finish the exterior check and switch to the interior check, but I'm able to do the interior check after quitting and reopening the app. Doing the same during the trip end simply ends the trip.

Terrible company. Tried using for Uber three times. The first time, the car was not even at the location and they cancelled and gave me 3 dollars credit. Second time, the car battery was dead, and gave me a 6 dollars credit only. Totally unreliable. I spent more money getting to the location and loss more by not being able to Uber. I do not recommend.
