Active Yoga – or as we like to call it at The MIC “Phenomenal Flow”. We believe our zen-like studio will help you get your zen on, but we’re about a good time, too. So happy, energetic tunes and teachers with positive messages are a guaranteed part of your experience with us. Every level is welcome, however, we think a basic workshop will save you some yoga anxiety if you’re totally wet behind the ears! Oh, and if you’re allergic to heat this might not be the class for you. We keep the room at about 93.2 degrees.
Indoor Cycle – or as we call it at The MIC ”Party on a Bike”. We’re creating a mega fun, high energy atmosphere with hip, invigorating music that is sure to support in your having a really super duper good time. Oh, and believe us, you’ll definitely work, sweat and possibly cry like a little girl in this class, too!

Designed by former Marine Corps Drill Instructor Michael Nichols, our eight week fitness boot camp program consists of 24 (three per week) high intensity, functional fitness, body-weight resistant workouts.
