It was working great for the first two months, I even used the premium subscription, but then out of nowhere they decided to close my account and the only way I could get my money is through a swift transfer. They did not reimburse the transfer fee. They did not refund my subscription which I didn't get to use. ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL SERVICE!!!

Hi from Romania🇷🇴, In my opinion they are amazing, I've transferred more then I selected when I top up with Btc, and founds didn't get through...But customer service was absolutely great! Points to improve: Eliminate the exact amount to select when top up, Just let the customer transfer without needing to add the exact top up amount...it's just pointless In my opinion. other then that, great app!

Zen has issued a fee after they claimed to be free for new card for travel. Before ordering the card was free of charge and then at my first topup, they took 5 euro without letting you know about. Theaf app. The chat it's locked and neither Faq not working, you can't complain.
