It was working great for the first two months, I even used the premium subscription, but then out of nowhere they decided to close my account and the only way I could get my money is through a swift transfer. They did not reimburse the transfer fee. They did not refund my subscription which I didn't get to use. ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL SERVICE!!!

The interface is clean and user-friendly, it falls short in a few key areas. The biggest drawback is the lack of real banking features — no savings tools, no budgeting insights, and limited transaction categorization. Compared to N26, which I’ve used prior, ZEN feels a bit shallow, however, it stacks up in terms of cashback, purchase protection and number of currencies provided. TL;DR: Good for online shopping but if you're looking for a true banking alternative, ZEN doesn’t quite cut it yet.

I've been using this app for a while now, and overall, it's been a fantastic experience. The design is clean and easy to navigate, and most of the features work exactly as expected. Performance is smooth with very few bugs or crashes. The developers clearly put a lot of thought into user experience, and updates continue to bring useful improvements.
